Dell PowerEdge 6850 doesn't see all 32 Gb of RAM

I have a Dell PowerEdge 6850 that has 32 Gb of RAM. However, we can only
see about 28 Gb of the RAM. The Linux version  is 2.6.18-92.1.1.el5
(brewbuilder at hs20-bc2-4.build.redhat.com) (gcc version 4.1.2 20071124
(Red Hat 4.1.2-41)) #1 SMP
Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?
