Installation of Dell network driver from dell-hardware-auto repository on CentOS 5

Hello,
I'm trying to install Dell network driver from dell-hardware-auto repository
on CentOS 5 using yum.

At the end Yum tells it is installed but there are error messages that make
me worried...

All packages are updated using "yum update"

Please advise.
