Yum Error on CentOS 4.5

Not sure what's broke about the repo setup, but use
yum --disablerepo=dell-software update
and you should be ok for other updates.  Or you can set enabled=0 in
/etc/yum.repos.d/dell-unsupported-repository.repo
to disable it for good.
