Temperature sensors in PE1950

Matt,

Sorry to say, but that is all that is available.  There is no other
temperature sensor.  This decision stretches across both AMD and Intel
hardware.   The options exist within the ipmi speci to read said
temperatures, but that doesn't mean it exists on the hardware.
