The Dell Open Manage Deployment Toolkit might be what you're looking for:

You'll want to check the readme for the version you want as not all dell 
models appear to be supported with each version of the toolkit (my 
2950's don't appear to be supported with version 2.4 but is supported 
with version 2.2, while the 2900 is supported  with 2.3 and 2.4).
