OMSA RPM download?

The tarball on the support website will extract and give you the RPM's.
They will be extracted to the linux\RPMS directory.

Where can I get RPMs for OMSA?  support.dell.com takes me to the
tarball.  I cannot find the RPM on the yum repository.  I'm stumped,
especially since I've heard a couple of times that OMSA is only
distributed via RPM...
