 /var/lib/dpkg/info/dellomsa.postinst  had the error. 
 
/etc/init.d/invoke-rc.d 
;-) 
 
 locate invoke-rc.d
/usr/sbin/invoke-rc.d
remove /etc/init.d in the dellomsa.postinst file and run it again.
