RAID degraded on a PERC 4/im

Dear Srs,
I have a server booting from a SAN and a PERC 4/im card, I think that
RAID is degraded, this is the output of "mpt-status" utility:
# mpt-status --autoload
ioc0 vol_id 0 type IM, 2 phy, 279 GB, state DEGRADED, flags ENABLED
ioc0 phy 0 scsi_id 0 FUJITSU MAW3300NC 5803, 0 GB, state
FAILED, flags OUT_OF_SYNC
ioc0 phy 1 scsi_id 1 FUJITSU MAW3300NC 5803, 279 GB, state
ONLINE, flags NONE
Is there anyway to recover this RAID/volumen.. now it's not
accesible, dmesg ouput is attached at the end of the email ;-(
Can I enable the volumen without storing a new hard disk? Should I
change the first disk? Thanks!!
