Disable PERC controller in a running system (Linux)

Dear Srs,

Is there any way to enable/disable internal PERC from a running system?

I'm booting some Linux machines from SAN storage and I don't need  
during installation internal PERC RAID controller.. so now I disable  
from BIOS, but I want to know if there's a method to enable/disable  
this card in a running system (from Linux for example), without  
rebooting the machine, thanks!!
