PE2950 Xen and Serial On Lan

Hi list,

I have two questions regarding PE2950 Xen and IPMI (and in particular
Serial On Lan) :

1/ Has anybody found a working configuration (grub.lst and inittab)
allowing to login to Dom0 using Serial On Lan ?

2/ Should I disable IPMI on Nics to have a chance to have a working xen
network or is there a better solution ?
