Dell 2650 error: memprefail

It's no major worry - but you need to have the DIMM replaced. The ECC
code is recovering the data for you, but the longer this goes on, the
greater the risk of the ECC not recovering and causing problems.

One followup.. checking the logs, it seems have triggered twice on 2/18,
and now pretty consistently yesterday and today:
