problem updating

rpm -e firmware-extract

EL5 doesnt include a few deps that firmware-extract needs. I'm working on getting them into the repo. You must have gotten firmware-extract installed before I added the proper deps. :(

much snippage but ends with...

Error: Missing Dependency: python-sqlobject is needed by package
firmware-extract

This a temporary issue or do I have to disable firmware repository?
