Cannot update SC1435 BIOS

Hello

I'm trying to update a SC1435 BIOS from 1.0.0 to latest 1.3.4.

When I execute the BIN bios update file, I get this:

I reboot the machine but still no luck, the BIOS remains the same 1.0.0.
I've tried even incremental update (starting from 1.1.2) but it happens the 
same. I'm using Debian Etch and I've installed OMSA via the Sara repository.
