DRAC5 on PE2950

I decided to start playing with some DRAC4/5's today.. I have a couple
of 2950's sitting here.  When I boot them up, during POST, I can see
options to configure the DRAC.  However, on the back of the 2950's,
there is a black clip covering the Ethernet port on the DRAC card.  I am
assuming this is put there as a place holder for a DRAC card?  Do I not
have a DRAC even though there are options for configuring it during the
BIOS POST?
