The manufacturer? Not sure.

The PCI-X U320 SCSI controller uses an Adaptec Firmware.

The PCI-E U320 SCSI controller uses an LSI Firmware.

Ultra320 Lead Controller Card

with 2 SCSI ports - Dell part number wc263?  Sales rep did not know.
