MegaRaid SATA 150-4

Hi,

I'm encountering a weird problem with the MegaRaid 150-4 RAID controller.

I started getting emails that a drive was failing, like:

[02/09/2008 (01:15:11)]:	
	Adapter 0 Channel 0 Target 3:

	Physical Drive[WDC     WD1600AAJS-07PSA05.0] is Changed to FAILED.
		Reason_0=Select timeout.	Reason_1=Select timeout.	Reason_2=Select 
timeout.	Reason_3=Select timeout.	Reason_4=Select timeout. 
Reason_5=Select timeout.	Reason_6=Select timeout.

The drive then changed to REBUILD and ONLINE. This happened every day 
during high load.

Yesterday I replaced the fourth drive and all the SCSI cables. Today I 
got another mail with another target drive same error:

	Adapter 0 Channel 0 Target 0:

	Physical Drive[WDC     WD1600AAJS-07PSA05.0] is Changed to FAILED.
		Reason_0=Select timeout.

Different Target, so different drive. Any ideas what could be causing this?
