CLI Access to DRAC II / MegaRAC 780

Hi,

I have a couple of PowerEdge 2450s with DRAC II cards in them. Is there 
any way to access them via a command line interface (telnetting to a port, 
for example)? All I need to be able to do is issue a power-off command. It 
needs to be doable from a Linux machine. Is there any reasonable way to do 
this? Do they use encrypted connections to the Windows management console 
tools? If they don't, would a data replay work (if I were to log the 
packets going from the management machine to the DRAC)?
