omreport system summary - using snmp

Hi Guys

anyone know a simple way to get the output of a omreport system summary 
but using snmp?
i could set a script on the box and associate that with an OID so that 
when that OID gets hit the script it run but using snmp i presume this 
info is already available.

any ideas?
