WatchDog with RHEL 5 on PE 1600?

I have a PowerEdge 1600 that's pretty reliable but in the last few weeks 
it has hard locked twice.  There used to be a watchdog timer which I 
believe is associated with the DRAC card that worked fine with RHEL 4 
the couple times it was needed.

After my recent lockups I've been trying to get the hardware watchdog 
re-enabled on RHEL 5 and I can't seem to find how to do it.

Any suggestions?
