Hello,
I have just update the OMSA on a dell server that runs debian.
Now I have got a error that the array is degraded but its just that the firmware of the controller is a bit older that then the current availible, see bellow:
Controllers
ID : 0
Status : Non-Critical
Name : PERC 5/i Integrated
Slot ID : Embedded
State : Degraded
Firmware Version : 5.1.1-0040
Minimum Required Firmware Version : 5.2.1-0060
Driver Version : 00.00.03.01
Minimum Required Driver Version : 00.00.03.13
Why does OMSA report a degraded array when its just needs to report a old firmware? Every time there is a OMSA update I have to reboot this server and use a floppy to update the firmware.
