Quietest 1U Rack Server?

1750's are probably the loudest 1U server that Dell has ever made.
Especially if you don't have the ESM updated.

I have a herd of 2650s and 2850s and would frankly detest having any
of them within 10 feet of my workspace.  I've had dual 1650s and 1750s
in that sort of proximity, though, and if you can deal with those you
can deal with the 2U ones.
