Monitoring Dell Boxes via SNMP (CentOS 5.1 x86)

Hi,
As you are running CentOS you could consider upgrading to net-snmp
5.4.1 (the rpm from fc8 or so will work fine as long as you rebuild
it). It fixes pretty much all issues I've had with Xen and net-snmp
working together. The default net-snmps from RedHat, due to various
reasons, are not really good (RHEL4 is still missing 64 bit interface
counters, etc.) for serious production use. The OMSAs will work okay
with later net-snmp versions and so do HP ASM SNMP daemons, too.
