pe840 drac4 serial access?

I have no problem with drac5. I have a 2950 and it works just fine.
For that matter I just reinstalled onto a 2650 with drac3 and it works
with no problems.
In that case I just do a "connect video" after telneting in.
Odd thing in this drac4 "connect video" is not available. I have a
couple other drac4s but they are installs with an older openmanage
and have "connect video" available.
The annoying thing is after after doing a connect com2 or com1 the
escape does not work and the only way to get out of it is to reset the drac.
As this is a new box suppose I should call support.
Was hopping to avoid the support lottery :(
