dkms + megaraid_sas and kernel update

Any further news on this? I've searched the list but can't find
anything.

We've just done our first RHEL 5 installs on some 2950s and 1950s and
are losing the Dell distributed module after the kernel upgrade.

Regards,

Mark Baxter

Hi all,

any news on this?

Was my conclusion right, that El5 from EL4 is different in the way it
uses modules from 'weak-updates'?

So dkms (under EL5) should always put its modules to the 'extras' dir?

Thanks
Rainer
