MD3000i Storage Software

Thanks to those who sent me emails with the URL to download the software, I have discovered that when you select “XP” from the list of OS’s the resource CD does not appear in the list, since the laptop I am using was running XP, in my haste to get this job done and out of the way I didn’t even think to try another OS. It appears under other OSes such as Linux and Windows 2003.

G’Day everyone,

 

I have been given the task of configuring a second hand MD3000i, I downloaded a utility to configure the IP addresses form the DELL web site but I cannot find a link to down load the Storage Manager Software so that I can Configure LUNS for the attached power edge servers. Does anyone know where this software is on the web site (absolute URL thanks).  I called dell support and he told me to download an .iso image but the iso image is to re-burn the firmware which is not what I wanted to do, there is no link to the actual MD3000i software as far as I can find, lots of manuals telling me the same thing but no software.
