raid controller not detected in RHEL5.2 with omsa5.5

Trond,

Thanks for your response. I cleared the yum cache and redownloaded and
reinstalled the packages once more, and the storage component is working
again. There were two machines with this ailment after an omsa upgrade
and both are working now after above procedure, so I suspect faulty
package(s) were downloaded to cause the below problem. I haven't
bothered to call dell again, but it seems their first line support
technicians are not completely up to date with OMSA on linux.
