Questions about R300

wel yes, 
i am.

Im using R300 / Xen 4.0.1 running on it, 
on Sas 6iR, and performance is very poor.
Only buy a server when a PERC controller can 
be installed. PERC 5/6 i cant be installed in this
one. i havent tested XEN 5 yet, but there performance
should be better. 
Even though, its stable, and manageable
