fwupdate repository still broken on RHEL4?

For more than a month now, the fwupdate repository has been fatal to
yum on RHEL4:
$ yum update

I haven't seen any new messages on this topic, so at least for now,
I'm assuming that Dell has dropped fwupdate support for RHEL4.
Michael et. al.: if at some point in the future you fix this, please
post a note to the list, so that I (and assumably others) know to
re-enable the fwupdate repository on our RHEL4 boxes...
