Newbie stuff

	  Hi all,

  Sorry to bother with such a stupid and simple question - I just want to be 
100% sure I won't mess up someone else's newly bought PowerEdge T300 (no 
DRAC). I promised to install Linux on this machine and the owners didn't 
really feel they wanted any of the commercially supported distributions, 
rather just a plain server edition Ubuntu. The "Dell Systems Build and Update 
Utility" doesn't afaics support installing other than the predefined operating 
systems, Ubuntu not being one of them. So what is the (best) procedure to 
install Ubuntu? The brute method "boot with install distro's CD" or something 
else?
