Dear All,

I have new Blade M1000e and I want to install Redhat Enterprise 4 update 6 ,
but I have problem with the NICs , when the system bring up the interfaces
(eth0,eth1) the link drop and even the LEDs on the switch and the server are
off. I appreciate your help.
