Strange HALD IRQ issue

This URL is all that I know about ioapic. I solved a problem once with ioapic. The USB irq's were conflicting in RHEL5xen. I just turned them off in the motherboard to get the thing to boot.

Subject: Strange HALD IRQ issue

I've just put two R200s into service at a new data centre, both running
Centos 5 (x86_64)

In terms of hardware both are identical (purchased at the same time, same
spec), and software should be pretty close (meant to be identical but some
slight variations may have happened during the OS install). Both have the
same kernel, that's for sure. Both have the same OMSA (installed from the
yum repos).

On boot, however, one of them is throwing up an error, while the other one
isn't. I think it is HALD that is generating it but unfortunately the screen
shots I grabbed via the DRAC card seem to be invisible to me (Unfortunately
I have to run Vista on my desktop).

Can anybody suggest what this means? It is basically gibberish to me. As far
as I know, IRQ 12 is used by i8042 -- a keyboard controller chip.

cat /proc/interrupts | grep 12
12: 0 3 1 0 IO-APIC-edge i8042

But in the call trace (see below) it talks about an 8250.

Everything appears to be working on both machines but I would really like to
know the cause of this. If anybody can shed any light I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,

Faris.
