Hi,

Ive got a three PE2850 machines which one of them having a problem
with a dead harddisk. Raid-10 saved my day, but we discovered the
failed drive just by accident and not due to monitoring :(

I just installed OMSA release 5.4 using the description from the
linux.dell.com and added the srvadmin-all metapackage.

After starting the service with srvadmin-services.sh I miss
the usual informations for hardware, disks and stuff from the
webinterface.

Restarted the app, checked the services, but still no infos.

I have a second box with close to identical hardware, no problems
there.

Output start scritp:

[root at master ~]# srvadmin-services.sh restart
Shutting down DSM SA Shared Services: OK [ OK ]

Shutting down DSM SA Connection Service: [ OK ]

Starting DSM SA Connection Service: [ OK ]

Ok, no DRAC hardware in the box, so no problem, with the failure,
need to remove the packages.

/etc/init.d/dsm_om_connsvc status
dsm_om_connsvc32d (PID 22566 22565) wird ausgeführt...

/etc/init.d/dsm_om_shrsvc status
dsm_om_shrsvc32d (PID 22501) wird ausgeführt...

 /etc/init.d/dsm_sa_ipmi status
ipmi_msghandler module loaded.
ipmi_si module loaded.
ipmi_devintf module loaded.
/dev/ipmi0 exists.

The services are running, I can restart them, but no difference.

Any suggestions where to look for more informations?
