Hello,
I`ve found some dmesg entries logged by mptscsih:
scsi : aborting command due to timeout : pid 432269388, scsi0, channel
0, id 0, lun 0 Write (10) 00 0c e8 0e 49 00 00 08 00
mptscsih: OldAbort scheduling ABORT SCSI IO (sc=df741e00)

scsi : aborting command due to timeout : pid 432269390, scsi0, channel

mptscsih: OldAbort scheduling ABORT SCSI IO (sc=df74f200)
SCSI host 0 abort (pid 432269360) timed out - resetting
SCSI bus is being reset for host 0 channel 0.
mptscsih: OldReset scheduling BUS_RESET (sc=df736600)
Omreport shows both of the drives were online:
Controller PERC 4/im (Embedded)
ID : 0:0
Status : Ok
Name : Physical Disk 0:0
State : Online
ID : 0:1
Status : Ok
Name : Physical Disk 0:1
State : Online
What does it mean, is it kind of harmless failure or should I replace the HDD?
Btw, the box is Blade / PE1855 with Perc4 inside.
Thanks,
Adrian
