PowerEdge R900 vs RHEL5 kernel vs bnx2 failure

Hello...

  I have a PowerEdge R900 running RHEL 5.x (IIRC, one of the first R900s
off the assembly line).  Running RH5.1 with a 2.6.18-53.xxx kernel all
was good.  When updating to RH5.2 with kernel 2.6.18-92.xxx the NICs
( bnx2 ) are not recognized, so the networking never starts
successfully.

 Has anyone else run into the same problem?  Any successes?


p.s.  My 2950s all work fine with RHEL5.2
