ANNOUNCE: OMSA 5.4 for deb based systems

I'm seeing a problem with the power supplies on this new version that
was not present in the 5.3 version.

root at www:/etc/snmp# omreport chassis pwrsupplies
Error! No instrumented power supplies found on this system.

This is on a brand new 2900 w/ PERC6/i that has two power supplies.
