32bit diagnostics for in Linux package?

Hi,

Is there a package of the 32bit dell diagnostics that can be unpacked, 
setup on Linux?  This file is supposed to be it, 
ftp://ftp.dell.com/diags/EL5103A0.bin but AFAIK it is unusable do to 
issues with EOL characters.
