Hello Everyone,

I've put together an OMSA 5.4 LiveCD that's available for download off
of
http://linux.dell.com/files/openmanage-contributions/omsa-54-live/
It's based off of CentOS 5.1 kernel 2.6.18-53.1.14.el.centos.plus.

Running startx I get "Cannot display this vide mode" on a 17" Dell LCD
that supports 1280x1024 at 60Hz, attached to a Dell PowerEdge SC430

You might want to look into adding something like this 

#Autoconfigure xorg.conf
echo "Autoconfiguring X Windows"
system-config-display --noui --reconfig --set-resolution=1024x768

to /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit
