centos 5 trying to pull from el4?

I have a PE6800 w/ centos 5.1 i386, and when I run the comman to install 
firmware-tools, you'll notice its trying to pull from el4 instead of 
el5, why?

[root at archives4 ~]# yum -y install firmware-tools
Setting up Install Process
Setting up repositories
Reading repository metadata in from local files
Excluding Packages in global exclude list

[Errno 14] HTTP Error 404: Not Found
Trying other mirror.
Error: failure: 
firmware-tools/2.1.1-1.fc7/firmware-tools-2.1.1-1.el4.noarch.rpm from 
dell-software: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
[root at archives4 ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS release 5 (Final)
[root at archives4 ~]#

and if you notice, 
http://linux.dell.com/repo/software/el5/i386/firmware-tools/2.1.1-1.fc7/firmware-tools-2.1.1-1.*el4*.noarch.rpm 
doesn't exist, but 
http://linux.dell.com/repo/software/el5/i386/firmware-tools/2.1.1-1.fc7/firmware-tools-2.1.1-1.*el5*.noarch.rpm 
does.
