DRAC 3 via com port

Hello,

we have some PE 750s on which DRACs does not respond anymore. Is there
an option, how to use (racadm) racreset in order to reset this card
via com port (using minicom)? The Cards are configured, but after the
switch went offline and has been replaced, there are not reachable
anymore. Other boxes (DRAC 4 & 5 ) running in same subnet are working fine.
