No need to be concerned about U160 vs U320. Either will be fine, the
SCSI bus will negotiate to the lowest common denominator. The PERC 3/Di
will never run U320 speeds, so do not expect any performance increase if
you populate with all U320 disks.

Subject: PE 2650 - Replacement Disk
Hi
We have a very aged 2650 thats well out of warranty but has a failed
disk that i need to replace. The disks are connected to a PERC3 and the
failed disk is a 'Ultra 160'
I wonder can i simply replace this with a newer SCA disk or does it have
to be replaced with a 160 ?
thanks
