RAID 1+0 on PERC 3/Di

I hate to ask this. But how do I configure RAID with OMSA? I am
connected to srv admin console via https. The current setup is RAID1 on
channel 0 (2 disks) and RAID5 on channel 1 (3 disks). I need to "Reset
Configuration" which would blow these volumes and start over. The real
dumb question is If I reconfig everything, wouldn't that blow away the
OMSA software as well? Then how would I reconfigure?
Again, sorry for these questions, I could not find info on this on the
dell web site or google
