DO NOT FORCE ANYTHING ONLINE!
This is only to be used as a last resort and then only on drives that contain data, certainly not empty ones!
If you force an new empty HDD online the controller will assume it contains data from the exsisting raid volume and it will try synching an empty HDD with however many drives are left online in the raid5 volume, leaving you with a corrupted raid set.
The Perc3/di controller can be tricky, especially if you have a older firmware version.
I suggest you call Dell support and ask to speak to me. I assume you are based in Sweden since you work for Visma, no?

Don't recall if it was a 3/Di, but I've had success with "force online"
with a READY disk that's replaced a FAIL one in same slot/id.
