RAID 1+0 on PERC 3/Di

The PERC 3/Di does allow for a RAID 10 which is what you described (a
stripe over mirror sets). The easiest way to do this would be to use
OMSA or the CDU utility.

Is it possible to set up a RAID 1+0 on a PE 2650 with a PERC 3/Di card?
Sorry, I don't have much experience with Dell hardware. The server has 4
equal sized drives. So I would be looking to stripe the 2 mirror sets.
