You are wrong!
i installed omsa 5.3 and entering to https://IP-address:1311 of the 
server dell,  the feature to reconfigure virtual disks appear! look the 
manual of omsa :

This feature isn't in the bios....in the bios only can destroy de raid 
and create a new...
