Nagios and PERC 5/i responses - degraded?

I am successfully remotely monitoring a PE2950 with PERC 5/i and two of 
the nagios plug-ins claim the controller is Non-critical/Degraded.

I did have a drive failure, replaced it, and rebuilt the server from the 
ground up (new PERC raid partitions, OS reinstalled, etc).  I also 
upgraded all firmware.

OMreport claims the controller and drives are all fine.

Could this be an uncleared warning from when there really was a problem 
that I overlooked when rebuilding?  If so, can I use OM to clear the 
warning?
