Kenerl panic with 2.6.9-67-0.7ELsmp (RE: RHEL 4U6 x86_64 freezed by heavy I/O on PE2950)

I also have a PE1950 that would not boot with 2.6.9-67-0.7ELsmp.  Was 
busy so I just booted the old kernel.  Haven't been able to take the
server down to follow up.  Let me know if Redhat get back to you.
