USB on SC1435

I am getting peculiar messages in dmesg and messages
about the embedded USB hub on one of my nodes:

In the message log:
Apr  1 12:56:35 n48 kernel: hub 1-0:1.0: port 3
disabled by hub (EMI?), re-enabling...
Apr  1 12:57:43 n48 kernel: hub 1-0:1.0: port 3
disabled by hub (EMI?), re-enabling...
Apr  1 12:57:44 n48 kernel: usb 1-3: device not
accepting address 7, error -71 Apr  1 12:58:13 n48
kernel: hub 1-0:1.0: port 3 disabled by hub (EMI?),
re-enabling...
Apr  1 12:59:19 n48 kernel: hub 1-0:1.0: port 3
disabled by hub (EMI?), re-enabling..

and...

In dmesg:
usb 1-3: USB disconnect, address 92
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using address 93
hub 1-3:1.0: USB hub found hub 1-3:1.0: 2 ports

It has been doing this for sometime now. We are
thinking it is the system board but before we get it
replaced wanted to verify that no one else has seen
this with their systems, and/or know of a fix.
