Finding new fiber tape drives (like devfsadm?)

Reboot is probably the best method. But if you can't
take the system down you can try the following:
Find the host number for the hba
ls /sys/class/fc_host/
Start a Loop Initialization Procedure (LIP)
echo "1" > /sys/class/fc_host/host<number>/issue_lip
Wait 20-30 seconds for the LIP to complete.
rescan SCSI devices on the hba.
echo "- - -" > /sys/class/scsi_host/host<number>/scan
