CentOS 5.1 driver versions and OMSA 5.3

Just upgraded our machines to OMSA 5.3 recently, and now it's alarming about the 
driver version packed with CentOS 5.1 - here's the warning:

Driver Version	00.00.03.10
Minimum Required Driver Version	00.00.03.13
		
				
I know you can use DKMS to pull the latest drivers, but it would be easier to 
have the driver integrated into the base OS.

Will that driver update be submitted to Red Hat for inclusion in a kernel 
update, has it been already submitted, or do I need to set up DKMS modules?
