Problems booting PE 840 from SAS 5 raid

Hello,

I guess it's a simple question. I got PE 840 server with 4 HDDs arranged in
two IM type volumes on a SAS 5 RAID controller. I have sucessfully installed
Fedora Core 7 on the RAID partition, but now I can not boot from that. In
BIOS, I have that RAID partition in the "HDD order" menu, but all BIOS SATA
ports are off., and looks like that it is not attempting to use RAID volume
to boot. How can I fix this?
